Zac Potts, first remembers watching Manchester City take on Manchester United, with his earliest football shirt being Barcelona’s 2013 Messi kit.

Inspired by his hero Sergio Ramos, Zac began playing grassroots football at the age of six before joining Preston North End, where he developed from under-8s through to under-16s.

He has since signed for Oldham Athletic and is excited about the future ahead.

A composed defender who enjoys 1v1 battles, Zac has learned the importance of staying calm on the ball and making the right decisions.

He still remembers his first-ever goal in grassroots football, and carries with him the best advice he has received: always enjoy the game.
